Cranberry Yogurt Cream

Ingredients:


1 cup plain yogurt
handful of dried cranberries
2 teaspoons honey


Place a strainer into a bowl and line with two sheets of paper towels. (You can also use cheesecloth, if you have got it.) Place the yogurt in the strainer, and leave to drain in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (works nicely overnight). Remove from strainer. Stir in cranberries and honey.


This is really lovely spread on bagels or toast.
